In our 3 Day Online Workshop, we will teach you a variety of unique emotional management and effective release exercises that you can use in your day-to-day life. Over the three days, you will develop a deeper awareness of your body, release unwanted pent-up tension, and experience how to truly relax when you need it. Feel more empowered, grounded and energised to live the life you want to live.

PEM is based on an easily comprehensible, bio-mechanical logic and exercises are easy to learn and allow safe, conscious access to emotions.

The techniques you will learn at PEM will lead you back to your natural, healthy behavioural patterns. In the process, you will gain a high level of self-awareness, self-confidence and control of your emotions.

There are plenty of tools out there to try and move past conditioning but this is such a raw, physical way - a very direct way, a very clear way to try and grow as a human… Having these terms such as emotions and energy defined so clearly and practiced so physically without the imagination has been a huge realisation for me...
