Our courses involve a series of full-bodied techniques developed from the research of Stephan Perdekamp about the biology of emotions. These techniques are carefully designed to relax and rewire your nervous system while gently guiding it back to its natural biological state. 

This will ultimately restore a sense of aliveness, relaxation and wholeness.

Winding Down

Winding Down was designed for folk who might be stressed, tense, and like they are always on the go with no time for themselves.
You might be experiencing:

  • Feeling full to the brim

 We offer two different course pathways: Charging Up and Winding Down.

There are plenty of tools out there to try and move past conditioning but this is such a raw, physical way - a very direct way, a very clear way to try and grow as a human… Having these terms such as emotions and energy defined so clearly and practiced so physically without the imagination has been a huge realisation for me...
